ABOUT THE AUDIO WALK

Velma Spell is the alter ego of sound artists Liew Niyomkarn and Inne Eysermans. Commissioned by STUK, the duo make a constellation audio walk through the streets of Leuven which focuses on ways of looking and listening in the universe. Each walk has the shape of a constellation. Choose 1 constellation and follow the route while listening to the audio track. The walk takes about 30 minutes.

Based on the Artefact theme ‘Wired for Empathy’, Liew and Inne explore cosmology and earthlings’ relation with the universe. By tracking and tracing chaos and harmony, starting from Leuven towards outer space and back to our planet Earth. Enjoy!
